RIO GRANDE VALLEY ESTATE PLANNING COUNCIL

Members of the Council are professionals actively engaged in the fields of estate planning, gifts and trusts with offices located in the South Texas region, including but not limited to, Hidalgo, Cameron, Willacy and Starr Counties.

Membership is open to the following categories of professionals: Accountants, Attorneys, Life Insurance Agents, Financial Advisors, Trust Officers/Bank Officers, and Institutional/Charitable Advancement and Development Professionals.  In addition, at the discretion of the Board, individuals who are not engaged in the above professions, but possess substantial experience from which the membership could benefit, are eligible for membership under a “Special Member” category. 

The primary benefits of membership are as follow:

• Seven planned monthly dinner meetings per year;
• Informative presentations by leaders in the estate planning field, and
• Professional networking opportunities.
