Keith B. Masters, P.E. is a Consulting Petroleum Engineer with thirty-five years of diversified experience in the Oil & Gas industry. His domestic and international consulting assignments have involved all aspects of petroleum engineering and related disciplines, including, but not limited to drilling and production operations analysis, reservoir engineering, appraisals and audits, upstream investment analysis, regulatory consultation, and expert witness testimony.
Keith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas in 1980, a Master of Engineering degree from Tulane University in 1985, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from St. Edwards University in 2002. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas. Professional affiliations include the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers, the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts, and the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists.
