Greg Lehrmann, Esq.
Greg Lehrmann is an attorney who is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is part of the 2% of attorneys in Texas who are double-board-certified. He has a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from The University of Texas and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
Mr. Lehrmann is Texas/Oklahoma Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. API, a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, is a leading national IRC §1031 Qualified Intermediary and has handled over 180,000 exchanges throughout the country.
Mr. Lehrmann has 35 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate law. He dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking to attorneys, CPAs, escrow officers, real estate agents/brokers and investors in Texas and Oklahoma on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031. Mr. Lehrmann and his wife, Texas Supreme Court Justice Debra Lehrmann, have two sons: Jonathan is an attorney with Wright, Close & Barger in Houston and Gregory is an attorney with The Knight Law Group in Los Angeles.

South Texas/Louisiana Division ManagerCindy Pham is the South Texas and Louisiana Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. Prior to joining Asset Preservation, Cindy was a commercial broker at Transwestern and has been in the real estate industry for 18+ years. She has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 2003, is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) in Houston.
Cindy has an extensive background in IRC §1031 tax-deferred exchanges and every aspect of real estate transactions, having participated in thousands of closings during her many years working in the real estate industry. Cindy focuses on educating and servicing investors, attorneys, real estate brokers, agents, accountants, and financial advisors throughout South Texas and Louisiana. She is a Texas Real Estate Commission CE instructor and has taught and presented to many different real estate associations, boards, councils, and brokerages throughout Texas and Louisiana. Her exchange presentations are practical, thorough, and feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies.
