Background  

Experienced business consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the financial and real estate services industry.  Skilled in negotiation, SBA 7a and 504 loan programs, project management, leadership skills and business prospecting.  Strong sales and marketing real estate professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Texas-Pan American and formal credit training from the College of Commercial Credit in Minneapolis, MN and Relationship Management Institute in Houston, TX.  

As a Partnership Specialist for the US Census Bureau, I establish partnership agreements with state, local, and tribal governments.  I establish business partnerships with local community stakeholders and develop specific strategies with the community to gain cooperation and participation in the South Texas Census Region. 

As a business liaison, I take on the lead role in business community outreach while promotional efforts before and during the 2020 decennial census operations.
